A 203k loan is a specific loan program that has funds available to update your home or fix a distressed property.  Certain aspects of the loan require you to have a certified 203k HUD consultant to help you through the process.  We can provide the initial inspection and take you through the entire process.  We can complete all the documents necessary to get you through the closing process.  We provide inspections during the remodel process and we work directly with the mortgage company to issue funds directly to the builder.
